  • Ejaculatory Reflex Training – This method involves exercises to reduce the ejaculatory reflex, which is an involuntary reflex that causes tension to build up in your ejaculatory system that ultimately triggers ejaculation
  • Mental Control Exercises – can also make big improvements to your lasting time. They may sound difficult but are actually quite easy when you learn some simple tricks to put your mind in the zone.

These are just a few of what I believe to be the some of the most effective ways to learn how to stop premature ejaculation naturally. And the best thing about them is that like any other skills your learn it stays with you so the results are permanent.
